Had "Translation" as "Movado" but made it "Translokigo" which I think is more fitting (it's the label on the Dev Tip context menu for which gizmo you're selecting).

Verified line-by-line against en.json.  This required the importing and translation of a cubic butt-ton of items; a solid proofread by the Esperanto community would be greatly appreciated.

Also, note: the typo in line 2007 (XDelta's issue #12 with the Yellow-Dog-Man ResoniteLocale repo), "UI.VideoPlayer.BroascastAudio", is present in this file.
